The successful military campaign against ISIS has reduced the terror group to scattered scoundrels who are defeated, isolated, and condemned to an inevitable fatal end. Holed up in their hideouts, ISIS remnants realize that they have been abandoned, deserted, and surrounded with no hope of an escape or a second chance. On September 5, Counter-Terrorism forces arrested four people, including a woman, suspected of belonging to ISIS. “The Counter-Terrorism Force surrounded the neighborhood where the suspects were residing in Sirte city, and arrested four people, who were accused of belonging to ISIS group,” a security source confirmed. The source pointed out that those arrested were transferred to competent authorities for interrogation. Following their defeat in Iraq and Syria, ISIS elements have sought refuge in Libya, and in recent months, security forces announced intercepting the movements for ISIS terrorists who are believed to have infiltrated the influx of immigrants through the sea.
