Talks are in progress between the Tareq Bin Zayed Brigade and the 166th Battalion of Misurata aimed at the formation of a joint force that starting from the middle of December 2021 it should be deployed in the areas of Tarhuna, Bani Walid and south of Tripoli, in order to ensure the safety of the first round of elections scheduled for the following 24 December.
